DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR STORM DRAINS FLOW?
Nathanson Creek runs north to south through the east side of the City of Sonoma. There is a ½ mile trail that follows the creek from Second Street East at Macarthur to the Nathanson Creek Park at Dewell Drive. Visitors can enjoy a native plant garden as well as picnic tables.
Nathanson Creek flows south where it converges with Schell Creek, which discharges through miles of marsh into the San Pablo Bay. Tidal influence on the creek can reach as far north as Hwy 121.
