Your Creek 95405

DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR STORM DRAINS FLOW?

Flat Rock Park at the confluence of Brush Creek and Santa Rosa Creek is a magical place to enjoy our local waterways. The unique boulder formations, as well as paved trails provide great outdoor experiences for walking, running, rock hopping, and nature watching. It is a favorite creek area for Santa Rosa residents of all ages.

Watch for Pipevine Swallowtail Butterflies drifting near the creek.  These butterflies lay their eggs on the plant they are named for, Pipevine that grows here.

A dirt trail right along the creek travels upstream to Mission Blvd. and downstream to Farmers Lane. Look for it below the paved path near the creek.

Flat Rock Park can be accessed via the paved paths on Brush Creek or Santa Rosa Creek, or from Yulupa Circle or Flat Rock Circle.

Remember, storm drains connect streets to creeks, which flow into the Russian River. Simple changes can make a big impact. Flat Rock Park at Santa Rosa Creek is Ours to Protect.
